Download SciFinder Scholar 2007 for Windows

This Windows version of SciFinder Scholar 2007 is contained in a self-extracting archive. Once downloaded to your machine, simply double-click the sfs2007d.exe file. The archive will extract itself to the default c:\sfschlr folder, and will then immediately launch the SciFinder Scholar 2007 installation program.

During the installation routine, you will be asked "Do you have a disk labeled Custom Site Files?" You should answer this question No.

After the installation routine has completed, the WinZip self-extractor window may stay open on your screen for a short while. Please wait until the window closes on its own. This is not critical, however, closing this window prematurely could leave some unnecessary temporary files on your computer.

The Scholar 2007 client has been pre-configured with the proper username and password for each university, so once the client is installed, you should be able to connect and start using it immediately.
