MathSciNet is a database of the American Mathematical Society (AMS) providing reviews, abstracts, and bibliographic information for mathematical sciences literature. It contains over 2 million items and 1 million direct links to original articles. Bibliographic data from retrodigitized articles dates back to the early 1800s. Over 100,000 new items are added each year.

Authorized Users: 
Authorized Users must be employees, faculty, staff, or students officially affiliated with a member organization of this Consortium, or authorized on-site clients of a Consortium member's library facilities, which includes the walk-in public in public library facilities of the Consortium members. Authorized users also include access through a proxy server which uses an authorized IP address and authenticates users (employees, faculty, staff, or students as defined previously) coming from IP addresses outside those listed in the attachment on this Agreement.
Walk-ins License:

...(e) Licensee may include copies (hardcopy or downloaded) on items from the online form of Publications (i) in anthologies (coursepacks) in print or digital form for sale and/or distribution to the Authorized Users for their use in connection with classroom instruction and/or (ii) in reserves (print or digital) set up by Licensee's libraries for access by Authorized Users in connection with specific courses offered by Licensee. Copies of items in digital form which are included in online coursepacks or reserves will be deleted by Licensee after the end of the semester in which the related course concludes.
Allowed Use: 
...This license entitles the authorized users to access MathSciNet by multiple connections, to: (a) make searches of MathSciNet. (b) make one or more copies in hard copy form of the output of any search; such copies may not be sold and may not be distributed to anyone who is not an authorized user; and (c) download search results to hard disk or diskette, provided that such data is not made available to anyone who is not an authorized user.
