Mergent WebReports and Digitized Archive Manuals provide access to all Moody’s/Mergent manuals. Coverage is from 1909 to present. Manuals include Industrial Manual, Public Utility Manual, OTC Industrial Manual, OTC Unlisted Manual, Transportation Manual, International Manual, and Bank and Finance Manual.

Authorized Users: 
(c) Authorized Users. “Authorized users” means full-time or part-time employees, students, staff, and walk-ins of the Customer who have been given authorized access to the secure network of the Customer. such secure network may include proxy servers maintained and controlled by the Customer.
Walk-ins License: 
...walk-ins of the Customer who have been given authorized access to the secure network of the Customer.
Proxy Server License: 
Such secure network may include proxy servers maintained and controlled by the Customer.
Remote Use License: 
Such secure network may include proxy servers maintained and controlled by the Customer.
InterLibrary Loan License: 
Customer may fulfill requests from other institutions for interlibrary loan in compliance with Section 108 of the U.S. Copyright Law, “Limitations on Exclusive Rights: Reproduction by Libraries and Archives.”
Electronic Reserves License: 
Licensee may print portions of the Data for use in coursepacks and use portions of the Data in electronic reserves.
Coursepacks License: 
Licensee may print portions of the Data for use in coursepacks and use portions of the Data in electronic reserves.
Archiving of Journals License: 
This is a one-time purchase of the Data, and as such the customer is entitled to perpetual archival rights of the Data.
Allowed Use: 
Customer may use, access, copy, store, display and create derivative works of (collectively “Use”) the Data for its internal business, education, and research purposes and may use minor portions of the Data, as part of reports, or separately, given to clients of customer, whether in electronic or other present or future media. Customer may only use the Software to access the Data.Customer may print portions of the Data for personal use only, except that printing entire issues of any of the Mergent publications is not permitted.
Prohibited Use: 
Except as set forth herein, Customer may not Use, sell, modify, publish, distribute, or allow any third party access to, the Data, any portion thereof or the Software. Customer may not, directly or indirectly, decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the Software. Customer may print portions of the Data for personal use only, except that printing entire issues of any of the Mergent publications is not permitted.
